This policy explains what GKR Ghar Ka Riwaz collects when you use gharkariwaz.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Your name and email address (to create your account), your delivery name, address and mobile number, and the orders you place. Passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form; we cannot read them. We do not see or store card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay.
Ordering on WhatsApp
When you order or write to us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp number, your WhatsApp profile name and the messages you send us. We use them to take and deliver your order and to answer you. If you ask to talk to our team, a member of our team reads your messages and replies from our WhatsApp number. We keep the messages for 30 days and then delete them; order records are kept as described below.
Signing in with Google
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares three things with us: your name, your email address, and an account identifier that lets us recognise you next time. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not ask for access to your contacts, Gmail, Drive, calendar or anything else in your Google account.
We use this information only to create your account on this website and sign you in. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone else except as described under “Who we share it with”.
How we use your information
To create and secure your account, process and deliver your orders, send order updates, answer support requests, and contact you if an order you tried to place could not be completed. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run your account and fulfil your order: Razorpay (to take payment), our courier partners (your name, phone and address, to deliver), and our email service (your email address, to send the sign-up verification code and password reset links).
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your account details for as long as you have an account with us. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, including the details we received from Google, by writing to [email protected]. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your account details; order records we are legally required to keep are retained only for that purpose. You can also remove this website's access from your Google account at any time, in your Google account's security settings.
