Orders and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. An order is accepted once you see the confirmation page. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock or the price was shown in error.

Payment

All orders are paid online through Razorpay: UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We don't offer cash on delivery.

DMart gift vouchers

DMart gift vouchers are paused: orders placed now don't earn one. Vouchers already earned on earlier orders are still sent, on these terms.

While vouchers are given, every order earns a DMart gift voucher of ₹15 per 250 g pack, ₹25 per 500 g pack and ₹40 per 1 kg pack, on up to 3 packs per order and 6 packs per customer each calendar month (counted by mobile number and account). The voucher is sent on WhatsApp (and by email for website orders) 7 days after the order is delivered. Cancelled, refunded or undelivered orders earn no voucher. Vouchers are issued by DMart, cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may stop or change these vouchers at any time for future orders.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Palnadu district, Andhra Pradesh.
